I am in network with the following insurance companies and can bill them directly for your visit*.

I cannot see patients with Medicare coverage, even for a self-pay visit. This is related to a restriction designed to protect patients. 

 

If you have insurance through a plan that is not listed above, you are still welcome to schedule an appointment with me. You will pay the full visit fee following your visit. We will send you a superbill after your visit that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement for any out-of-network coverage or FSA reimbursement that you qualify for. 

 

If you wish to self-pay for your care instead of using insurance, our prompt self-pay discount is available to you.
