Sometimes people are surprised by changes in midlife, especially when those changes involve sexual function! Some may experience vaginal dryness or pain with sex, or they may have shifts in sensation, desire or orgasm. Sexual health is a subject that deserves care and clear talk!

Unfortunately, no healthcare visit is long enough to share all the important info and ways of responding to challenges at this time. And social media isn't doing a great job with this either. So I've planned out a lovely, two-session exploration of sexual response and midlife health, together with a trusted mental health colleague. We've got excellent sexual health information combined with a bit of art therapy to help you feel informed and capable of handling whatever menopause ends up bringing to the bedroom for you.

In this workshop we hold two truths together - menopause as a time of development and continued self-discovery, and menopause as a time of biological shift and potential challenges. Appreciating both these realities allows us to hold pleasure, strength, wonder, desire and choice and let them infuse all areas of our lives, including our sexuality. You can learn more about the workshop here: check out the flyer.

To be part of our small group that gathers in April and learn more about yourself and exploring sexual wellbeing in the menopause transition, there are just two steps: Fill out this registration form and then pay here.

Don't miss the early registration discount that is available through 2/17/26 - after that time, the workshop price will increase to $425.
