Payment and Insurance*
I am in network with the following insurance companies and can bill them directly for your visit.
Aetna

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon (most, but not Regency Legacy LHP)

Pacific Source (except Navigator plan)

I cannot see patients with Medicare coverage, even for a self-pay visit.
If you have insurance through a plan that is not listed above, you are still welcome to schedule an appointment with me. We are happy to bill your plan for any out-of-network coverage that you qualify for, however you will likely still have to pay most or all of the visit fee. We will provide a superbill that you may use for any FSA reimbursement you have available.
If you wish to self-pay for your care instead of using insurance, our prompt self-pay discount is available to you.
*Please call your insurance company and check the coverage for your specific plan before your first visit with me. Even if I am in your network, you may have a deductible to pay before your insurance will cover your care.
